Gemini Custody™ is a standalone product. You are only charged this fee schedule as a user of the Gemini Custody™ product. There are no custody fees for a Gemini Exchange account.

Notice of Changes
Any change to our Custody Fee Schedule, including adjustments to any tiers or rates, will be emailed and/or posted no fewer than three calendar days before such changes are to take effect and no changes will be in effect for fewer than 30 calendar days, subject to any shorter period of time that may be required by applicable law or regulation.
Any Mobile Order placed after the effective date indicated in any such notice will be subject to the new Mobile Fee Schedule and you will be deemed to have agreed to the new Mobile Fee Schedule by continuing to use our mobile application.
¹Customers will incur the % annualized Custody Fee or minimum monthly fee of $30 per asset type, whichever is higher. ²No minimum balance required as long as the minimum monthly charge is paid. Minimum fee represents Custody balance of roughly $100,000 assuming 0.40% annualized custodial service fee. ³Withdrawal fees are calculated using the Prevailing Market Price (as defined in our User Agreement).
