How long does it take to get an exchange account?
The account request process typically takes 20 minutes or less. The total time spent may vary, depending on individual factors such as information available to you at the moment of completing the application, and does not include the time it may take for approval. Review and approval by our compliance team typically takes less than 7 business days.
How do I add funds to my account?
You can add fiat funds by ACH or wire transfer. Crypto assets can be transferred from your existing wallet to specific addresses displayed in your Gemini account.
Should I use the default UI or ActiveTrader?
If you’re looking to execute simple buy and sell orders the default UI offers a very easy to understand interface that is attractive to most users.
