CHZ is an ERC-20 governance token compliant with the Ethereum network. CHZ tokens are used to participate in the Chiliz and Socios ecosystems. CHZ is used to purchase “fan tokens” on Socios.com, which correspond to a professional sports team. CHZ can be staked on Socios when voting to onboard a new team. Chiliz provides blockchain-based tools to help sports and entertainment entities engage and monetize their audiences. The Chiliz token (CHZ) is also the exclusive currency for Socios.com, a fan engagement platform built on the Chiliz blockchain. By using Chiliz tokens as payment, fans can then purchase tokens specific to sports teams on Socios.com and use them to vote on various fan-led decisions and to earn rewards.
METIS is an ERC-20 utility token compliant with the Ethereum network. The primary functionality of the METIS token is to 1) stake for DACs to sequence transactions and 2) pay transaction fees/gas on the Metis network. METIS has also been used to incentivize developer activity on MetisDAO. Metis is an Ethereum rollup with the goal of improving scalability and lowering fees. Metis uses multiple sequencers that pool transactions back to the Ethereum mainnet. These sequencers are called Decentralized Autonomous Companies (DACs). DACs confirm transactions by operating nodes and staking METIS tokens using a form of Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism.
QRDO is an ERC-20 utility token compliant with the Ethereum network. QRDO is used for staking for node operation and for delegating to stakers for validation rewards. Qredo is a decentralized Multi-party Computation (MPC) Layer-2 network that relies on third party validators to validate transactions. MPC allows for concealed information transfer and data computation without revealing the underlying data. Qredo also implements a Layer- 3 messaging protocol that instantaneously replicates messaging across all peers and leverages end-to-end encryption.
REVV is an ERC-20 governance token compliant with the Ethereum network. The primary use case for REVV tokens is as buy-in funds for play-to-earn racing games developed by Animoca Brands. REVV is employed as currency for Animoca Brands’ suite of play-to-earn racing games. These include MotoGP™ Ignition, Formula E: High Voltage, and REVV Racing. Players can purchase a REVV Racing car NFT using MATIC tokens and then enter races on REVV’s website using REVV tokens. Each race has a token buy-in, with the pool of tokens then allocated to the top-performing players.
JAM is an ERC-20 utility token compliant with the Ethereum network. The primary use cases of JAM are fan incentivization, use within the Geojam shop to buy merchandise, NFTs, and experiences, as well as staking for node operation. Geojam is a content media platform for sharing music and events powered by Web3. Geojam users can earn rewards by using the application and performing tasks like listening to and sharing music, creating groups, and interacting with posted content. Curators are rewarded for creating popular playlists and connecting fans with new artists.
ZBC is an SPL token compliant with the Solana network and can be staked on Raydium. Zebec is a Solana-based DeFi protocol that runs Zebec Pay, a platform that allows for users to generate continuous payment streams. Developers can use the Zebec software development kit to create payment streams by setting a start time, end time, recipient wallet, and amount.
GMT is an SPL token compliant with the Solana network. GMT tokens can be earned by STEPN sneaker holders and can be used to access in-app features such as sneaker upgrades and minting new sneakers. GMT holders can also participate in STEPN governance, and vote on the amount of STEPN treasury funds used to purchase Carbon Removal Credits. STEPN is a move-to-earn game in which users can earn Green Satoshi Tokens (GST) and Green Metaverse Tokens (GMT) for walking, jogging, or running. To earn tokens, users must download the STEPN mobile app and purchase an NFT sneaker from the STEPN marketplace. STEPN donates a portion of its treasury funds to purchase Carbon Removal Credits.
FIDA is an SPL token compliant with the Solana network. FIDA holders can vote on, and draft, governance and product proposals on the Bonfida platform. FIDA tokens are also used to purchase .sol domain names, and can be used as payment for trading bot subscriptions on the Serum DEX. Bonfida is a product suite that provides a user-friendly front-end experience for Serum and Solana. Serum is a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on Solana that offers cross-chain support. Bonfida’s user interface interacts with Serum’s API, allowing traders to view charts and execute market orders. Traders can also build Bonfida bots to execute trades automatically on Serum, and other traders can subscribe to these bots by paying a subscription fee denominated in FIDA. In addition, Bonfida runs a Solana naming service, which provides a decentralized way to map .sol domain names to on-chain data.
