Gemini does not guarantee any specific exchange rate or exact Euro value for any Qualifying Trade Volumes or Bitcoin reward. The exchange rate applied may differ from the prevailing market rate available on Gemini or other sources at that time. Gemini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this initiative at any time, without prior notice.
This offer is available only to new Gemini users who have not previously created a Gemini account. Users who were referred to Gemini from the Gemini Referral Program / Referral Club, or to users who have preexisting Gemini accounts under different email addresses, are not eligible. For users who meet the Qualifying Trade Volume threshold, rewards will generally be distributed within seven (7) days of meeting the threshold. However, distribution may take longer in certain circumstances, including but not limited to delays related to trade settlement, account verification, compliance reviews, system processing times, or other operational considerations. Timing of reward distribution is not guaranteed. Gemini will determine, in its sole discretion, the final eligibility for and timing of all rewards.
Gemini reserves the right to delay or withhold the distribution of any reward pending completion of any account verification, anti-money laundering review, or other compliance checks, in Gemini’s sole discretion. Gemini may review accounts and trading activity to detect patterns of abuse or manipulation. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity may be disqualified from this promotion and subject to additional account restrictions.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be substituted for any other form of credit or benefit.
At the time of reward distribution, the user's Gemini account must be active, in good standing, and not subject to holds, suspensions, or other account restrictions.
